Athanasio is a highly skilled Health Systems Specialist with over 15 years of experience in health sector, curative services, and health systems strengthening. Known for his strategic leadership and expertise in Health systems, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Public health he has played a key role in advancing healthcare policies, strengthening public health systems, and driving sustainable reforms in Kenya and beyond.
He holds an MSc in Health Systems Management and Application and a BSc in Public Health, and is currently pursuing a PhD through CEMA .
