Department Wins at The University of Nairobi Staff Awards

It was all smiles as the Department of Microbiology and Immunology celebrated outstanding performance in the University of Nairobi staff awards.

The Department emerged the as the best overall performing unit and best performing teaching department in the performance contracting awards category.

The Chair of the Department Dr. Marianne Mureithi thanked all the staff, students and the collaborating partners for making the Department shine.

COVID-19 Misinformation

Member of the Department of Medical Microbiology & Director of KAVI-Institute of Clinical Research Prof. Walter Jaoko made a media appearance on the 6th of July 2021 at KBC English to talk about how harmful misinformation on COVID-19 is. He also spoke about the Delta Variant is much more transmittable compared to previous variants

Graduation Information

The University of Nairobi wishes to inform all students who qualified for the award of various degrees and diplomas at the end of each academic year that graduations are held every September and December of each year.

CLEARANCE OF FEES AND ORDER OF NAMES

Only those who will have completed paying the fees due to the University will be allowed to graduate.  ALL graduands are advised to confirm the order of their name with their respective Deans.

GRADUATION/CONVOCATION FEE
