Join us for a special lecture on Inside the Fight Against Leukemia: Powerful New Therapies Explained by Dr. Gianluca Cristiano where he will discuss the treatment of AML with azacytidine and venetoclax and new AML treatment insights.

Dr. Gianluca Cristiano  graduated in Medicine and Surgery in Italy in 2016. Resident doctor in Haematology since 2018 at University of Bologna, Italy. He has joined the Acute Leukemias research team since 2019 in Seràgnoli Haematology Institute of Bologna. During his clinical activity, he has managed, together with his team, adult patients with AML, Ph positive and Ph negative ALL, systemic mastocytosis, chronic eosinophilic leukemias, myelodysplastic syndromes and aplastic anemias. He participated, as sub investigator, to sponsored clinical trials of patients affected by ALL and AML. He holds a Haematology PhD, concerning new biological and clinical prognostic factors in adult AML.
