Members of the Department of Medical Microbiology & Immunology Dr. Winnie Mutai and Dr. Susan Odera both graduated with PhDs in Medical Microbiology at the 69th Graduation Ceremony held on the 22nd of September 2023. 

Chair of the Department Dr. Marianne Mureithi was on hand to witness both lecturers graduate and stated, "The entire Department would like to congratulate both Dr. Mutai and Dr. Odera for this achievement. Both have worked diligently through the years on their doctoral work elevating the research work the Department is producing."
