Respiratory Syncytial Virus 2022 Conference

Joyce Nyiro, a Doctoral student at the Department of Medical Microbiology & Immunology attended the 2022 RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus)  International Symposium from the 29th of September to the 2nd of October 2022, at the ICC Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK.

Ms. Nyiro met up with the Respiratory Syncytial Virus Network Foundation director. The conference and foundation aimed to foster global collaboration among researchers, governments, the health sector and civil society members to coordinate actions, raise awareness about RSV infection, and tackle challenges in RSV infection prevention and treatment.
