This innovative initiative marks a significant milestone in the journey towards integrating One Health principles into the fabric of global health research and policy.

Department Doctoral Student Featured on The Lancet

Department of Medical Microbiology & Immunology Doctoral Student Dr. Athman Mwatondo's work was recently published in the prestigious journal The Lancet. Dr. Mwatondo is a Medical Epidemiologist working for the Ministry of Health in Kenya. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Nairobi and MSc in Applied Epidemiology from Jomo Kenyatta University.
