Members of the Department Prof. Walter Jaoko,  Prof. Omu Anzala and Prof Julius Oyugi were both recently featured on the Alper Doger (AD) Scientific Index 2022 ranking.

The University of Nairobi had a total of 18 scientists across various disciplines in the top 50 rankings with both department members on the list.
